• Quilchena Park is a family-friendly City park in the village. It has tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, a waterpark and trails. It was rebuilt after the 2003 Okanagan Mountain Park fire.
• Curlew Park on Lark Street has a playground, a soccer field, a ball diamond, a basketball court and a toboggan hill. It sits right beside Chute Lake Elementary.
• Lebanon Creek Greenway is a 2.3 km trail with two pump tracks. It links Lakeshore Road to the Johns Family Nature Conservancy.
• Johns Family Nature Conservancy Regional Park has over 400 hectares of land and wide views of the lake.
• Bertram Creek Regional Park on Lakeshore Road has a swimming beach, a pier and picnic spots.

• Chute Lake Elementary (K to 5) is on Lark Street in Kettle Valley. It opened in 2009.
• Canyon Falls Middle School (grades 6 to 8) is nearby on Frost Road in the Upper Mission.
• Okanagan Mission Secondary (grades 9 to 12) is the secondary catchment school.

Shopping and Dining

Kettle Valley Village Centre on Main Street is the heart of the area. It has Kettle Valley Market for groceries, a coffee and ice cream shop, a pizza place, a family bar and grill, and local services. For a bigger grocery run, Mission Park Shopping Centre on Lakeshore Road has an Urban Fare.

Getting Around

Chute Lake Road and Lakeshore Road lead down to the Lower Mission. From there, Gordon Drive and Lakeshore Road go north to downtown Kelowna. To reach the airport or UBC Okanagan, you head north through the city to Highway 97. BC Transit Route 16 Mission runs through Kettle Valley along Quilchena Drive and Chute Lake Road. It connects to other routes at the Mission Rec Exchange.
