I'm Michael A. Jones, PREC, a REALTOR® with Royal LePage Kelowna. I help buyers and sellers across the Central and North Okanagan understand their options, ask useful questions and work through the details of a move.

Relocation and housing decisions as we age are particular focuses of my work. I was born in Kelowna and spent 15 years in Seoul before returning home. Having built a life abroad, I appreciate how much a move can involve beyond the property itself: unfamiliar neighbourhoods, new routines and finding where you feel at home.

Before real estate, I taught communication at university and provided corporate communication training. I hold a master's degree in Communication. That background shapes how I work today: explain the choices, listen to what matters and make room for questions. Clients have described my approach as patient, accommodating and attentive to detail.

For buyers, I help look beyond the listing price to ownership costs, property condition and everyday fit. When an inspection raises a concern, the next step may involve a qualified tradesperson's assessment, a written quote or a discussion about the offer's terms. Knowing when to bring in the right professional matters.

For sellers, I help assess pricing, presentation and the competition, then work through negotiations and the steps toward completion. I have been licensed in real estate since 2016.

Aging does not automatically mean moving, and a slower market does not make the same choice right for everyone. I want our conversation to start with your circumstances and what you hope to accomplish. Where mortgage, legal or other specialist advice is needed, I help coordinate that part of the process without pretending to replace it.
